Activity

  • Performs non-complex tasks and provides first-level support to internal or external users with technical problems on PDL and mobile devices.
  • Provides support to users and resolves ICT-related issues, with the primary objective of enabling users to maximize their productivity through the efficient use of ICT equipment or software applications in use by the Customer.
  • Track issues from inception to resolution and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support if necessary.
